These terms govern use of the DahlDays website and Musical Chairs and Music IQ browser games offered by Shawn Williams ("DahlDays," "we," or "us"). By accessing the service, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

What the service is

DahlDays offers single-player music trivia and a music-driven browser game for entertainment and demonstration purposes. The current web version is a prototype and is not a native TikTok Mini Game.

Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful, personal entertainment. Do not attack the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or use it in a manner that infringes others' rights.

Music and uploaded files

The current game lets you select audio stored on your device. Only select audio you have the right to use. The demo plays selected files within your browser; it is not intended to transfer them to our servers. No rights to third-party music are granted by these terms.

Ownership

Except for content belonging to third parties, website design, artwork, game code and DahlDays branding are owned by their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer any ownership rights.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as available" basis, may contain errors, and may be modified or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility, or any specific game outcome.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the prototype. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Trivia and related videos

Trivia is provided for entertainment; difficulty labels are approximate. Related videos open on YouTube, and may be unavailable, restricted by region, or contain explicit content. Links do not grant rights to copy, download, or reuse recordings, and do not imply artist endorsement.

External platforms

Third-party services such as TikTok and SoundCloud operate under their own terms. DahlDays is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms.
